•Hands-on functional knowledge of all HR processes in Oracle HCM Cloud
•Knowledge of Infor Workforce Management and functional understanding of Workforce Management
•Must be aware about various integration and process of HR modules such as workforce management, payroll, recruitment etc.
•Understanding of BI & data warehouse is compulsory and knowledge of Oracle BI Apps is a plus
•Acts as subject matter expert providing guidance and advice to ETL/OBI team on HCM data model, source table information, integration to other systems, SQLs, PVOs etc.
•Expertise in preparing data validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud
•Strong understanding of Hierarchies, Flex fields, extensions, data model and set up in HCM
•Must be able to prepare business requirement document and update & maintain throughout application development life cycle
