Oracle Apps SCM Financial Functional

• Oracle E-Business experience 10+ years (R12)

• 4-6 years of strong experience in Application Support

• Extensive hands-on involvement in supporting/deploying Oracle E-Business Suite

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of SCM / DIST and Finance environment setups/functionality, integrations, and support

• Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner

• Ability to manage timelines, communications, escalations

• Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defects

• Work closely with the client stakeholders for the closure of urgent / high severity tickets within SLA, and month/quarter/year-end closures

• Coordinate with Application Development Team to successfully deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments

• Participate in knowledge transfer to ensure better grasp of the product and domain

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Quick Grasping of Business Functions, Processes and Terminology

• Function independently with minimum direction

• Work effectively in a team environment spanning regions across the globe
